Market Update: November 2020

Colorado Real Estate Market: November 2020

Nevertheless, comparing year over year, home prices and sales surge to record-breaking highs. In addition, active inventory and interest rates remain low driving competition and activity in the Denver market.  In the end, it looks like its full speed ahead into 2021.
