Showings and Walkthroughs

Property showings by a licensed real estate broker, move-in and move-out walkthroughs documenting damage and charges.

Tenant Screening

We conduct a full credit, criminal and eviction check with information provided to you before you decide to rent your property to a specific candidate.

Payment Collection

We handle security deposits in accordance with state law, damage payments/deductions withheld from security deposit in accordance with state law, monthly and year-end accounting of rent income and fees.

General Maintenance

Receive and process all maintenance requests, determine responsible party, 24-hour on-call emergency maintenance, and manage all third-party vendors including costs (over $200) prior to initiating work.
