Original Art: A Statement of Luxury

There is nothing like original artwork to make a statement of luxury this holiday season and set yourself apart from the tired prints seen in most people’s homes. Denver’s established art scene has an active First Friday art walk in the multiple art districts in Denver. Art is a great way to heighten Denver Real Estate marketing. Check out our Denver Metro Real Estate, and the large homes we have in the Colorado suburbs have great wall space for original art.

Be sure to check out my friend Rochelle Dammel, an abstract painter who will have her studio open and work for sale this Friday 11/4 at Prism Workspace’s Bi-Annual First Friday open studio event. The Art District on Sante Fe, The Golden Triangle, RiNo, Cherry Creek North are just a few of the larger established Denver art districts that will be open this Friday night. The smaller areas like Tennyson, East Colfax and Navajo are also open and offer talented emerging artists a perfect opportunity to show visitors one of a kind local art. These art districts are known for offering unique shops that may help with Denver Real Estate Marketing, and to buy a home in Denver or sell a home in Denver. Connect with Colorado artists and find one of a kind pieces that can complement your home’s décor. A small piece of original art can often make a bigger statement and bring you more joy than a large print that has been seen in every doctor’s office and hotel. And, if you need a new home to hang your new original artwork in, check out my Denver Metro Real Estate current listings and contact me so we can get in you for the holidays and help with your Denver real estate marketing.
